The project was implemented as part of the “Places of Culture” programme. The programme was initiated by the Goethe-Institut, the Dutch Embassy and the Swedish Consulate General in Istanbul, as well as the Institut français de Turquie. It is being implemented as part of a transnational programme in cooperation with the Istanbul Foundation for Arts and Culture (IKSV) and Anadolu Kültür.
